My point is if they didn't have a hunting season there would be gators everywhere! In you're yard, pool, canals, and etc. Alligators are actually moveing up north in the Mississippi River to other states. They have spotted a Alligator in Southern Illinois before which means there will be more shortly.

ok well i am not sure what sates have allagators. Around here all we have to worry about raccons and beavers. but i was trying to make a pint there

And the fact that they have refused to give them to the organization that will take them and rehome them for free.

The reason they are't rehoming them is because thats where the ducks came from in the first place, people dumping them at ponds. If you give them back to people, where do you think they'll end up?
