Muscovy duck eggs-will they hatch?

Hi there, so a family member of mine has a small holding and gifted me two Muscovy duck eggs (we THINK they are fertile) and a brooder.

They were at ambient/warm temperature for 2 1/2 days after collection, and are now in my diy incubator. It is a rubber mat with an old fish tank turned upside down, and then the brooder is over the eggs (which are in a hatching tray).

humidity is sitting between 40-60% and temp is around 90F. I am turning the eggs about five times a day. Do you think they will hatch?

Temperature is a bit on the low side, but they may develop and hatch a bit on the late side.

Hi, thank you! I have recently managed to get the temperature up, so the eggs themselves are a lot hotter, 98-100F

UPDATE: it’s day 7. Eggs are developing well and we candled to find beautiful little embryos with spidery veins temp 98-100F humidity 50-65%

Hi everyone. We are down to 1 egg and I’m feeling less hopeful...the other one overheated during the day when it was 35C. I did everything I could to keep it cool but the ambient temperature was just too high. The other one seems ok but let’s see.

UPDATE: The other egg is doing very well! The chick is moving now and seems strong

Did the egg hatch? I’m currently on day 12 of incubating 2 muscovy eggs myself.
