musta been the tater salad.....

Got my 3 girls on June 1st.
Pearl (BO) laid the day I brought them home and has done a fine and steady job.
Dorothy (EE) started a week or so later and just about caught up with Pearl, I mean when she started layin', SHE STARTED LAYIN'!
Mildred (RIW) has been the hold out. Nary an egg outta her.
Found some store-bought potato salad in the fridge that was due to expire in a couple of days, so I took it out to them.
They have been very skittish about treats, I don't think they ever had any before and didn't quite know what to make of strange things in their bowls.
But they attacked that stuff like they'd been starving to death.
I came home from work, and for the first time, found 3 eggs in the nest.
I'm thinkin' the tater salad is what did it.

I agree...... on homemade tater salad,.... but not so much on the store bought......
