My chicken is walking like E.T.

He can't stand up straight and waddles like ET dragging his bottom on the ground. Any idea what is happening to him?The kids said he started doing it yesterday but by the time I got home he seemed fine and now today he is not so fine.

I separated him. The sun just went behind the mountains and the others are in the coop sleeping. He is right next to them and will not go to sleep. I'm so worried he is in pain.

check the vent and make sure it's clear..
feel the belly/vent area for any heat or swelling
describe the droppings..color and consistency
what all do you feed?
has he been wormed? if so when? and what was used?
is his comb pale?
is he eating and drinking?

check the legs for raised scales, or any crust, "dandruff", or irritated areas.

Vent clear, droppings normal, sometimes pee and sometimes green with a little white. Not wormed, YES pale, pale comb and eating and drinking fine.
As for feeding.... he is 3 months old and on starter with my treats every night when I get home from work.... Spinich lettus, plain pasta, apples, watermelon and just a little scratch.

Oh I feel so bad, there is a storm on the edge and he is all alone. It's dark.
