My Coop

we brought some land and it had a built-in chicken coop in a brick shed, it has 4 rather large windows some 2 are partially-covered and 2 open, should I cover some???? or just the windows that are directly in front of roost???????? pls, help! Many thanks

Good ventilation helps. As long as the chickens don't have a direct draft on them while roosting you should be good.

The windows right at roost level will be nice to open in a hot summer, but you need them closed in winter, and GOOD ventilation away from the roosts.

1st and 3rd pic are the same window. partially covered
2nd is above the nesting area. all open.
4th pic is from the roasts so the door is opposite, not covered.
the last 2 pics are the same window just the top isn't covered

Wire mesh looks of good size.
But kind of confusing as to where the coop actually is,
I don't see any roosts or nests.
Some pics of the outside of building from farther away might help.
