That also another issue I am facing with all the open windows it may get wet from all the rain getting in... should I have shutters or something like that?

You definitely want it to stay dry in the coop. Louvered vents or shutters can help with that.

Sooo...? How's it going with the coop? The pictures you posted confuse me. Can we see each of the outside walls? Then show inside walls.
I'm hoping you fixed this already.
