I'm not home currently but I can describe it to u. I all sides are fenced with wire and we have polls supporting the wire so nothing can push it down. The top also has a thick net so if an animal jumps on it, it won't rip. Their area might be too small for them but we are currently trying to get them a bigger set up since it was fine before we mixed in my pekins with thr mallards.
My parents and brothers all feed them when I'm not home. Which is often since I'm barely starting university but I always ask and they tell me they feed them. We have alot of animals and feed the stray cats so they feed them around the same time as we feed the dogs and cats
How many ducks and how big is the pen ?
Could you ask your family for more details on where the injuries on the attack were, and for them to send you pictures of the coop?
I live in west texas which raccoons are common here but in the town I stay in there hasn't been a sighting of any of these animals since we've lived here for a long time. I live in a neighborhood so I'm not near any of the land that's empty.

The pen is small compared to the amount of ducks we have since we combined them so we are trying to make them a bigger enclosure it I'd also chicken wire I believe? One side of the wall is made of a wood fence and the others are metal fence
