Our babies this morning

Tonight when my partner and I got home from work we went to walk upto our house from our shed and 6 of our chicks out of the 8 were near the shed under a bush. They had got lost awhile free ranging from their coop but as soon as they seen us one came running out to us to show us they weren't in their coop. It was so cute ❤

4 of my chicks are now fully feathered

This is a fun idea for a thread... great way to keep track and remember when stuff happens. Like a baby book!

No, we dont get snow or anything where we are. Its cold but not freezing or anything. Im in Queensland. Probably the lowest we get here is 5° if that.

Oh, 5° celsius! That's a really mild beautiful climate. Oregon isn't too harsh, but I'm still jealous.

My chicks are now 6 weeks old and 5 are fully feathered 3 still to finish featheing.

My chicks are now 6 weeks old and growing up so fast. About 5 of them are fully feathered still have 3 more to fully feather.
Today I gave my chicks some bread for the first time and they went absolutely crazy over it. They loved it.
Also, they are so amusing to watch.

My chicks hate tomatoes

No work tomorrow so I get to spend some time with my chicks and clean their coop.
Super excited! I love just watching them do their thing.

My chicks are also starting to discover the veranda to the house

Today my chicks tried Cooked Rice and loved it. They couldn't get enough of it.
