The most I think you can do is make sure she/he gets plenty of a water, food and warmth. You might have to carry her/him every once in while to the food and water, then back to the heat. As long as you do this I think you'll be fine. Also make sure no of the chicks are bullying her/him. I don't think splinting it will do much.We checked it over and it can move its leg and stuff. Doesn't make a noise when you move it or anything like that so I don't have its broken or anything. Looks a bit swollen where the joint is and holds it up when its standing.
