Glad she is still here, but sad to see that she isn't drinking.

Barbara refused to drink this morning, even after having her boiled egg and yogurt. It's sunny here today too. Once it warms up a little I think I will put her in the tractor, which is inside the chicken run, for the day... she has to be tired of being cooped up in a bathroom.

The sun is out the sun is out....oh you can put her and Zane outside in the sunshine. I am glad she was talking to you this morning.

She is drinking some now. She was out in Zane's playpen in the sun, but it's quite windy and a tad nippy even with sunshine. She did get sun and doesn't seem any worse, but her poop is green so she isn't eating much at all.

Thank you so much. I have to get through Ivy's last days, but little Livvie was sitting on a nest for a long time. She feels like she has to get something out of her, but can't. It's because her abdomen is so full of crud, I guess.

I'm so glad to hear that she got to spend some time in the sun today Cynthia! That little Ivy! She's a fighter!

And if Ivy is going to keep fighting for life, then by golly! I'm going to keep praying for her and sending you and Tom all of the best thoughts that I can! Keep us posted please.

Ivy is being an angel. No fussing, just being quiet, listening to television, etc. She is drinking and will eat some egg a few times a day. I don't know what to think about her. She is such a great girl, I don't dare hope she'll pull through this a third time. She will be sorely missed here when she's gone. I'll keep her in the house every night so she doesn't have to fight to stay warm and let her go in the sun when it's warmer out.
