I lost my mom last october. It was totally unexpected (well she was a drinker but I had no idea her liver was THAT bad). She just died one night.


The thing that comforts me the most is the last few times I talked to her (a couple months before she died) she said someone was in her apartment (ghost like..) but she could never make out who it was. I believe now it was someone in my family that had passed knowing her time was coming.

It's very disheartening to lose a parent at any age. Just be there for her and comfort her. I lost my father at age 53. Your in my thoughts and prayers.
