Recently got 8 hens...help with the breed of this one.

May be a Blue Ameraucana. More likely, it is just an Easter Egger.

x2 What color are the legs? If the legs are slate blue then it could possibly be an Ameraucana. If not, then it's an Easter Egger.

Another question, is there any particular reason why 2 of my new hens combs would be all wilty? Like when an orca is in captivity too long, their dorsel fin lists, I have some hens hose combs like this? Perhaps poor living conditions before moving home with me?

Some hen's combs do that. It's usually a Leghorn thing (and also other similar breeds, like Minorca), but sometimes you'll see it in other breeds. I have a Rhode Island Red and a Buff Orp who both have combs that flop over. I suspect it's because the hatcheries have bred Leghorn in to many of their other breeds to improve egg production.
