My Orpington pullet turned on me ???

I have a buff Orpington pullet that's about three and a half months old. I've had it since it was a few days old and it's always been soo sweet. A few days ago it started being aggressive towards people and pecking them full force! What it up with her? Help!

Is she a he? That would be about the right age.

It is not unusual for chickens (both hens and roosters) to peck at people, either because they're being a little "pushy", or because they see something interesting to peck at. However, notably aggressive pecking like your bird is showing is most common with roosters. Are you sure your bird is a hen?
