if I was the OP, I'd be looking for a nice big pumpkin with a vertical "defect" and carve a couple of handprints on either side of that, fingertips toward the defect, pinky on top, thumb on the bottom and leave it on her porch.

I think you should just add some painted lips to you scarecrow's bum that should give the writer of the note something to ponder

What a lonely, empty, mindless life the writer of this letter must have to have nothing better to do than to ride around critiquing other peoples decorations!!! Blow it off and forget about it. Just pity the person who wrote it for they must have miserable lives!!

Don't waste another second thinking about this note. The first sentence doesn't even make sense. It's a good thing the writer doesn't have small children; what a boring sad life they would have.

I try not to offend people (really) and all of that but I would not give it a second thought just on the basis that whoever wrote the letter didnt have enough moxy gumption to sign it. It is a neat display.

I didnt read the other posts but I'd just put up more scarecrows with their bums hanging out if I ever received a mail like that. lol my little girl loves bums!! she does the bum shake dance every time she hears music..I dont see how bums are offensive if its on a scarecrow.. happy Halloween

That's just too cute and funny! We had neighbors before who sent us a letter (without a return address of course) and they informed us of the speed limit on our road. They thought that because my husband's car was loud then he MUST be going fast. Some people are just looking for a reason to complain!!
