I have a white Turkey. Were I work we have a "chick day" where we sell over 3000 chicks in 1 day. One of the turkeys had a hurt leg and was limping. All the other turkey chicks were trampling him and were gonna kill him so I took him home. His leg healed up and he began walking normal. He is about four weeks old now. Today when I came home and checked on him and the other chicks he had what looked to be a twisted leg. It was the same leg that was previously hurt. Is there anything to help something like that? What may have caused it to sudden twist?

My guess is that it is a slipped tendon and had never completely healed from the first time. The tendon needs to be moved back into position and secured there probably by some sort of splint and wrapping.
