Go now, run, don't walk. Make Katy's recipe for sticky buns . While the sugar is pounding through your arteries and giving you a lot of get-up and go power hurry back to the kitchen.

Mix up only the dough recipe. You can omit most of the sugar but not all. You need the sugar in the yeast and sprinkle in the bread.

Let it rise.

Once it is double its size bring it to your k eading area and knead it just a little bit with floured hands.

Tear off golf ball sized pieces. Don't roll them. Knead them into a little ball folding the dough ends under. let them rise double their size. Then slide them into a hot oven.

Bake 12 - 15 minutes.

While baking whip a stick of butter with a drizzle of honey.

Don't turn your back when they come out because they will begin to disappear.

In 5 minutes you'll be missing more than one.

The other dough I braided and baked the same as the rolls.

Katy, my DH says these are the best rolls he has ever eaten.

Absolutely beautiful! No wonder they disappear so fast. I worked in a European bakery for 15 years, and yours look better than theirs!
