My welsummer is on the slim and thin side. She has liquid poop that dries dark.

Hers is a mix of oily and foa/ceacal.

She is really thin she eats just like the others. She is active like the others. She is very bony to pick up. It is very unconfortable for her. It has been like this for a few weeks. She is 20 weeks old now.

The other are fine. I add grit when they need it. So I worry for her. I am no chicken expert.

I agree with worming her. To be safe you should probably worm them all and pick a worming schedule. I use safeguard liquid wormer for goats it covers most worms (misses a few tapeworms, but I don't believe those are very common) Otherwise I see another good one is Valbazen. (spelling) You say you offer grit when needed, but I'm wondering if maybe you should fill a dish and leave it free choice. What other things are you feeding?

That site has some cecal poops listed as normal and I can guarantee you that some are labeled incorrectly. If she were mine I would treat her for coccidiosis with Corid and de-worm with Safeguard. Corid dose info in my signature, Safeguard liquid or paste dose I would use is 0.5ml per 2.2 pounds for five days.
