When I got my parrot she was fully feathered but being syringe fed with a white liquid. In our local pet store they have a type of syringe that they put a worm in and as it goes through the tip the worms gets razored some how with a small appliance that is at the tip. The worker said that it mimicks the mother bird cewing it up and sticking her beak in the birds throat to feed it. I can't remember if you feed the hatchiling threw the left or right side for one side will suffocate it. I am not sure what kind of baby that is, but I wish you luck.
