Mysterious Polish Chicken, Hen or Roo?

Look at the hackle (on the back of kneck) and saddle (on the back by the tail) feathers . Are they pointed? Pointed means its a rooster. Are they rounded? Rounded means its a hen. The muted red i see in the comb and wattles makes me think your polish is a hen. I have a buff laced polish bantum rooster myself and when he was 7 weeks old his comb and wattles were bright red. Hope this helps.
Gender differentiated feathering does not develop this early. ....they come in during the juvenile mini molts around 12-16 weeks.

I'll see if I can get some better pictures of her here in a bit once they calm down. They're all riled up from getting some Tomato worms as treats off my tomato plant

Well unless she's trying to imitate the other cockrels, Jenny is a Jimmy. Heard a sad but heartfelt attempt to crow when I went outside this morning. I appreciate everyones input. Didn't want to have to separate him with the rest of the cockrels if I didnt have to, but looks like I will be doing that today. :)
