I thought so, I was getting confused with the back and forth. For a moment I thought Lazy was saying they had rocks with pea combs and white legs, and I was getting confused.

What about a Rhode Island White? A Google search showed yellow as well as pink legs on the adults and they have a rose comb.

I don't know what breed,however that chicks most probably a hen. Based on the fact that my five week old chick alderdy has a kind of a bigger comb.

wow. interesting mixed opinions, but everybody has such good points; i don't think i can rule anyone's opinion out. i'll keep watching & see what happens as she/he further matures.

Which hatchery? That might help narrow down the potential candidates.

I was thinking possibly a Super Blue Egg Layer. The white legs were throwing me off though. Don't think SBEL can have white legs.
