Sometimes chickens try to eat wasp, bees, hornets, etc. and they sting the inside of the mouth/throat????Hes doing fine now it only last for a day and a half...I think he ate too much wet food and it clogged his throat

Do you see any kind of bite mark or anything like that on the swollen side?
My top choices are insect/snake bite, or serious sinus type infection (everytime I've seen a chicken w/ sinus type issues it seems to affect only one side at a time), or not sure about chicken anatomy but in a human could be some sort of lymph infection/inflamation. I'm not much of a chicken doctor though.
