She's SOOOOO dramatic at feeding time, isn't she? 7m

Now THAT is a happy dog! She even SLEEPS smiling! LOL!

Of course I have many more, but if you'd like me to send you more then yes, please PM me your email address. I can tell ya more about her, too. Do you have any?

The first two are my Patterdale Terriers who roam the property at might to deal with night time varmints and the ACD's move with the flock during the day, to protect them.

In all honesty, the Patterdales aren't safe around the chickens. I figured out how to post pics with the dogs, now I will get some pics of my chickens and post them. Just please be a little patient. These pics are older and I need to get a new camera...this gives me a reason to get one until yesterday, no one ever asked for pics and have none on my files.

all your dogs are so cuuute! What does ACD stand for and I've never heard of a Patterdale before. And yes, now that you've got the hang of it, post lots of pics of your chickens! LOL!

ShayBsby is right...many/most people call them Heelers, Blue Heelers...Red Heelers.

Patterdale Terriers are the world's best varmint dogs. They are smaller than they appear

in my pics, Pinga, the male, top pic, weighs about 20 pounds and he is considered large.

Panama Red aka Pinky (female) is also big for the breed at around 18 pounds.

Two of them can handle ANYTHING in these mountains and either kill it or put it to route.

Going camera shopping Saturday...

This is Zoylah at 4wks. My Alapaha's name is Elvira.
