Natural feed for chicks and hen?

I'm currently in Bangladesh, leaving soon to go back home. My in-laws are going to keep the chicks I bought, and I'd like to get them set up with some sort of more 'natural' feed so the chickens are getting the right nutrition.

So far their diet has been a mix of chick feed, cracked wheat and ground oats, with some food scraps (old bananas, peels, old mangos, cooked rice, stuff like that) and grass. It's incredibly hard to find proper chicken feed here, and whole grains too.

Anything to add, or recommend I change?

It seems like you are doing things well. No animal on the planet was design to eat kibble, so I do not believe you are doing anything wrong. I try to give them access to bugs as much as I can (I keep a couple of logs and blocks in the run that I flip over sometimes, and have a maggotry), but that is the only advice I would offer.
