Need a new home for our female Pekin in CA ASAP

I need a good safe home for a pet pekin. She is very sweet and loves to be pet and held. She is an excellent layer. I love her so much that I know I need to let her go to a home that has other ducks. Some personal health issues are making it hard to give her the kind of life she deserves. This is very hard for me but it would be easier knowing she went to a good home. Otherwise we will leave her with a shelter.

We live in the San Francisco Bay Area and will be driving down to Santa Barbara on Wednesday if anyone in that area wants her we can bring her down.

Please, someone find room in your heart and your pond for my sweet Little Bit.

What a beautiful girl, I'm sure you'll be able to find her a good home. If I lived closer, I would adopt her...but I doubt she would enjoy being shipped to Utah.

Thanks. She is very well behaved and got along well with our Muscovy. She is very social and needs more friends to thrive. She gives big delicious eggs everyday. She is a little over a year old. Will eat your bugs and isn't too loud by pekin standards.

Any chance you are headed up north towards Redding on I-5?

We will be down in Sacramento the first weekend in December doing a Christmas show. We are living in Oregon and will be driving back north passing Red Bluff. If you can bring her to Sacramento on Sunday the 5th, then we can bring her up north with us in the truck we have. Pearsandgrapes could meet up with us while we are going north. We usually stay that Sunday night in Corning in the hotel next to the Rolling Hills casino.
