Need Chicken Love Advice

Okay, I’m not going to marry off my chickens in a ceremony. It was an attempted joke to ask how to raise a well tempered rooster. Thanks for your time
I have three female chicks. Not obsessed with having only a rooster. It was a joke I somehow deeply regret making.

Didn’t mean to make anyone worry with my response to that user. I was shocked at his rude comment based on a misconception. I’m not out to continue an argument though, so you don’t need to worry
I understand! 💐

Aren't they Silkies? Did you get them sexed? If so, where did you get them??? I wouldn't mind getting a couple more, but I already have a rooster, so I don't want to buy them straight run.
I got them from Meyers Hatchery online. The thing is you may not believe me, but I’m able to sex them successfully at a day old. It’s pretty easy since I found charts and some writing. I’ll attach the charts. It’s only a huge coincidence that they all came female.
If anything, I’ve had some luck finding two Batam breeders on Craigslist. They’re only polish though, since they’re ornamental breeders.

I never really understood this message, I’ve tried it though!

I’ll try to remember to come to you for advice if I ever hatch any more baby chicks!😅

I do a pretty good job at sexing breeds... just not Silkies. What do you look for in Silkies since they aren't hard-featered?
I want one, but I don’t buy silkies, I once had a black silky rooster that we got from someone, he was black and shaggy, nothing to grand to look at. If I were to get a silkie which I probably never will because I already have too many chickens, and taking care of more is getting to be a pain. But if I could I’d want a white splash silkie hen or rooster. ☺️

They’re pretty cute to look at but they’re not really good for much I don’t think egg wise. We strive to buy chickens that will weigh good eggs because we donate them.

In the photo where they’re piled up in a towel, it shows that they look all fluffy and that there’s nothing going on in their wings. But actually, if you apply a little pressure extended their wings, little sticks will show. When the sticks are rounded out and overlap in two hatched layers, they’re female. If they were singular, short, and uniform: cockerel. In the photos I attached in my previously reply, it shows a good visual.
Then with the photo of her laying down you can see her wings are coming in like a hen. Based on the charts and etc.
