Need help on hoop run design

Thanks @paintedChix! (P.S. I used to have a registered painted pony, but mine was of quarter pony stock :))

We started with Qtr type paint ponies in the 80s when I was a teen. The largest pony we have now is a 1/2 arab sired by a Shetland that is very similar to the qtr type we had then - not quite as muscular thru the forearms & gaskins but a whole lot tougher and can JUMP as well as slide. He's finally matured to about 13.2 hh and his 1/2 brother out of a different Arab mare matured at 14.1 +" (officially carded in US EQ) and made it to the Pony Finals at the Kentucky Horse Park a few years ago - under the little girl we sold him to. LOVE the Shetland/ArabXs but not small enough any more to ride them and they are bigger now than I want for driving by myself. Staying with the Shetlands - 40-46" tall. Had 4 babies this year - 2 fillies I'm going to be keeping as potential driving ponies with their dams in a larger 4-up hitch. The next several years are gonna be LONG, LOL.

Let us know how you do your run . Looking forward to seeing that.

I have found many pictures and threads online and on this site regarding hoop coops, however when it comes to directions on attaching the pvc, conduit or cattle panels to the bottom boards (I have not yet decided which to use) the directions are skimpy.

Maybe this will help some.

Nice! Got a build thread that shows the details?
Unfortunately, I do not. :( But possibly, by the picture, you can see how the pvc was anchored?!?! Maybe? :)

Edited to add: I did just find this site that has two pics of a hoop coop being constructed. The pics are zoomable so maybe you can get a better glimpse of how it's done. Hope this helps!! (Scroll to middle of page.) https://sustainableagblog.wordpress.com/tag/chicken-tractor/
