I have a duck that has been limping for a couple days, I took her in and isolated her from the rest of the flock.. she was a able to stand on one leg but today she was only laying down. Nothing is visibly wrong that I can tell.. could a rooster do this from trying to mount her? Anything I should do? I have her in the tub right not with water so she can get a break from standing on her legs. She is eating and drinking fine, I can post videos if needed but I can really get any good pictures as It’s a little difficult to get a good one.

I think as long as she continues to eat and drink, and you can’t feel any break or anything, its probably just sprained. And yes, a rooster could cause it, most likely she tried to run from him and twisted it or something like that.
I’d give her a day or two of rest and see if it improves. Swimming/floating can help, so that was a good idea. You can also make a sling over a plastic tote if it gets worse. But hopefully it will get better soon. If her appetite or attitude gets worse, it could indicate a more serious issue.
