Need help with diagnosis sick rooster with eye discharge

Hello, new member here. I’ve frequently used the site for other questions however I have a sick rooster that I am hoping someone can help me diagnosis and figure out treatment. Currently I’ve been treating him with Tylan 200 .03cc once daily for 3 days. You can see the issue with his eyes he also has runny nose and the one eye that is closed was swollen however that has since gone down I assume due to the meds. Any help is greatly appreciated thank you.

I believe it's a respiratory illness.
Their are a lot of threads on this in the search.
A great place to start is to find out how much he weighs exactly to make sure he's getting the right dosages.

He weights roughly 5 lbs.

The 0.3 ml you're giving is not nearly enough. He should be getting a total of 50 mg per pound per day and it will work best if you give it three tomes a day.

Try giving 0.08 ml per pound of body weight three times a day. So at 5 pounds, give 0.42 ml three times a day.

Since you have the Tylan, try the larger dose 3 times a day. If that doesn't work, maybe try Bathroom.

Thank you for the info just have him another dose tonight and I’ll start the proper dosage tomorrow morning three times like you recommended
