True, I have chatted with him about the pheasants a time or two and he is very adamant about that. Although we only talked about not housing them with chickens at the time. Well, he said no to geese (i have 3), he said no to call ducks (i have 14), he couldn't say no to the pheasants (our 14 yr old daughter wanted those).... i might can talk him into it..Pigeons are adept at winning over skeptics.

I would think a coop would be good at some point. I love having littles in the house but once they arent little anymore I prefer they go out. Although my first goose was a house goose till he was 8 months old..

Aww sounds amazing! Yeah ill give it time, i would keep him with me for at least a couple of months i think and see what to do from there i would let him sleep in my bed if i could lol! Im a bit mad!

No signs from the other egg, its worrying me a little 
i candled it and couldnt see any movement, i didnt want to take him out too long or disturb him so hopefully when i looked he was just having a rest
