Nevadans?

Ok guys, looking for a breeding coop and run. My husband is way to busy in the summer to build for me. I REALLY had to work for my layers coop! Anyway... We get min 5 -6 feet of snow so I need a slanted roof, and sturdy. I went on Craigslist and there were a few that would not work for me. ( a possible one in Fallon) if anyone here builds coops or knows of one for sale could you let me know...
We live in south lake and will pay a bit extra for delivery or can pick up if.

Be SUPER careful on Craigslist. There is a scammer that runs all over those boards, selling chicken coops and taking people's money without delivering anything. Be sure you actually touch the coop before paying any money.

Thank you Missy and Sunny! I'm going to yet another doctor today.

Has anyone ever used this incubator;

I am nowhere near having my own eggs to hatch, but looking at hatchlings next year (my eggs or otherwise). Any reviews? The Brinsea was recommended to me, but the small size and price tag don't seem quite right for what I'm doing. I want an incubator I can't outgrow!

Thoughts? Recommendations?
This incubator or close to it is at Green's Feed and you can save $60 plus shipping by buying it there. This is the one I used for hatching last year and was going to hatch this year. It's a good incubator.

My chicks shipped today! *squeee!*

Time to get my brooder set up..

That does seriously look like the little giant with someone else's name on it. I personally think its a hunk of junk and if youre serious about hatching large numbers i would spend the extra money on higher quality. I know it sounds harsh but my LG was a major dissapointment. I think I may have set over 70 eggs in it on seperate occasions an got 3 chicks. Its hard to maintain a good temp and humidity. Just my opinion though. I stick with broodies now!

Aubrey - your LG didn't have the fan in it and that does make it very hard to hatch out chicks. My LG has the fan in it and once I figured out the humidity and stuff my hatches were great.

I'm off to Wyoming tomorrow early in the a.m. This is my last work trip for this year that I know of. I'll be glad to have the normal routine back although I'm getting really fast at packing.

sheryl, I hope you will get some answers and feel better.

those ducklings are really adorable. if i lived somewhere with more room, I'd be all over those. Must restrain myself.
I'm back in NV for a little bit and then heading back up the S.F. Bay Area to continue working on Mom's estate. Light at the end of the tunnel, though, and thinking about (and looking on the internet at) more chicken-friendly relocation sites. I love the internet for this....a dumpy kitchen and flat ceilings can totally curtail my looking further. Saves a lot of my time and broker's time. Relocation will NOT be to Michigan!
I hope you find a good chicken friendly place. when we were house hunting, I loved the listings that had lots of photos, too. Saves a trip many times.

I was hoping someone on the thread built them.... I'm über careful I'm my purchasing online or Craigslist . Also, they were all unfit for Tahoe weather. The Costco one wouldnt last one year:-(
Back to wheeling and dealing with the dh. It would have been so much easier to just buy one than have my contractor husband find time ... What shall I bribe him with this year?!?
Thank you for the words of caution!
