Oh, and I made lamb tagine today with our local lamb. It was really good. My son loved it. My daughter didn't want to try since she thinks lambs are too cute to eat. So I said it was donkey and she tried it.She didn't want more but at least she tried it. I don't force feed my kids but they do need to try new foods. The first one that comes to mind is mrouzia, which is a tagine. I have cookbooks on Greek or Indian food, if you want any of those flavors. Otherwise, I found this one on the internet... I don't know how much truffle honey is or where to get it, but maybe you can substitute with regular honey?
