as Yorkshie born and breed you cant have a sunday roast without a good Yorkshire pudding even had them with our Christmas Dinner. Nothing like it with lemon juice and sugar either.

I ended up making chicken stew, so I made dumplings instead. Pot roast next weekend!

I have wanted to start making Yorkshire pudding ever since I started reading James Herriot around age 11. Thanks for the recipe! I'll have to do it next time I make a roast.
