Agreed. Better saddle area pictures on the left one would be good.

If your other chicken is a hen, he will over mate her causing feather loss and then injure her. The rule of thumb is one male to 10 females.
We have (outside of these two) 5 hens in with the big coop and 13 other pullets that just moved from the brooder to the chicken tractor to transition to the coop eventually. :)
If you search my former posts, our first babies were straight run and we did not hit the jackpot- 4 cockerels, 2 pullets. Now we just sold off all but one of those roosters at auction ($18 a piece!) and he is well stocked with companions.
We have 30 acres and they free range within the yard. So lots of room to enjoy life! 🥰🐓
