New duckling! Help?

Pics
I haven't posted on here in a bit so I thought I'd give you guys a little update: We thought things were going well with Sunni and the other birds. Billy is still scared of her. And Sunni still sleeps inside but we've been putting her in the run with the chickens lately. Everything seemed ok but today Specks, our nicest hen, pecked Sunni on the head when she started biting her tail feathers and then I actually watched Sunni attack our RIR hen and get on top of her. Now I'm paranoid and worried. I brought her back inside after that. Not sure what to do honestly

If sunni does end up being a drake, it would be best to keep the ducks separate and to possibly get some more ducks. ( :fl )

hen pecking on the head is normal, she was putting the duck in its place
and it sounds like sunni may be a drake, keep him away from your chickens if he does end up a boy

@ViolinPlayer123 ~ I've seen draiks be with chickens before though? Why would we need to separate them?
their anatomy is VERY different

do you want me to actually tell you?

@DwayneNLiz If you are talking about their reproductive organs then I am already aware on how different they are but I meant it in a way that I have seen people keep drakes with their chickens so why can I not do that as well? Is it really that big of a problem? I'm still counting on Sunni being a female... if Sunni does end up being a drake we have nowhere else to keep him.

it is possible that if it turns out to be a drake it *may* try to mate with a chicken hen and quite literally rip up her insides

Alright guys a little Sunni update: we were gone all day today and when we got home she was SO excited and kept running around. She really loves being around us lol but she was so hyper that she kept biting my lip! Is that normal duckling behavior? She’s done it ever since she was little and I’ll give her “kisses” and she’ll nibble on me but these bites were hard! I’m still feeling them about an hour later. Still no signs of quacking. Honestly I don’t even know how old she is anymore since the store didn’t have her exact age. Her belly is all feathers now and her wing feathers are getting longer. Also noticed when we came home that she had red marks on her bill... any idea where they came from? I did my best to take pictures.

She has them under her nostril but more forward and also a tinier red mark on her nostril
