New incubator

I have recently gotten myself a new incubator, but since it is second hand I don’t have the instructions! It seems simple enough, but the timer is confusing me as it is self turning and I don’t need a timer. Due to space issues, I’ve ended up plugging it in my bedroom, but I don’t want a timer going off every two hours when I sleep. When I switch it one, it is automaticity counting down from 2 hours and I can only increase or decrease this, not turn it off. Does anyone have this incubator or a similar one and know how to switch the timer off?

I believe you need to hold the Set button down for two seconds
