Any suggestions
Nests should be lower than roosts, or they'll sleep in nests and fill them with night poops.
I see no ventilation in the coop.
Powered lights don't make up for natural light.
Chicken wire is not predator proof.

Oh, and.... Welcome to BYC! @Bike64
Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!

Thanks there’s a ridge vent I forgot to add an updated photo with the 18x4 shed vent I put in. Move upper nesting boxes down to lower area? Hard to see but run has contractors mesh

Hard to see but I have 1/2 in 3 ft up
That'll at least help with reachthroughs from raccoons. Not sure what else you have as far as predators.

Have you had issues with hens sleeping in the nests? Actually I don't see a roost at all, where do they sleep at night?

Agreed you could use more ventilation. Have you had any issue with frostbite or dampness in the coop in winter?

No issues with frostbite or dampness. I’ll take better photos of the ventalation. There’s more than realized. The raccoons haven’t been an issue. Nor have foxes an coyotes. I do however have dogs an a pellet gun… they sleep on the perch an on the top platform. An outside nesting boxes typically
Probably not enough.
I'd worry about your run roof when the heavy snows come too.
