(1) Are you new to chickens /
when did you first get chickens?

I am new to chicks and I got them four weeks ago from baystate Pet and Garden Supply.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

8 babys of all different breeds.

(3) What breeds do you have?
  1. A silver laced wyandotte
  2. A Road island red
  3. A Black sex link
  4. A Golden comet
  5. A Barred rock
  6. A Buff orpington
  7. A Araucana
  8. A leghorn
One of each fron each cage.

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?

My sick chick.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?

Reading, writing, animals.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

I'm having a bit of a problem with one of my chicks it's bubbled up on one side I think it has a ruptured air sac but I didn't want to proceed without more knowledge about it so if anyone can help me that be great.

It's definitely better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have it.

Also, make sure your coop(s) have a proper amount of VENTILATION. (https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...-there-and-cut-more-holes-in-your-coop.47774/) Your chickens will absolutely thank you for it!
