My buff orpington Patton has just gone broody for the second time in less than two months.last time she went broody i had to keep her in a dog cage for a week and it caused a lot of stress on her and her sisters. i figure if i give her fertilized eggs and let her hatch them she will not do it again or at least as frequently because she would have hatched baby's already, but i am worried she will do it even more especially since she cant keep them. if you have any ideas if i should give her the eggs or not i would very much appreciate it.

None of my chickens have hatched eggs, yet. But your probably right. I am going to get the eggs today.
do you know if I will have to worry about my cats? I am pretty new to chicken hatching.
