Oh cool! I wasn't sure if they would until they got older. The kids had alotta fun searching for the right stick and figuring out how to make a safe “stand” for it. They found the to small pair of crocks which I scrubbed up and it worked like a charm. They will be delighted to see them use it.
and all of them thus far are alive and well! So far I am certain we have 2 roos and several others I am eyeing every day looking for pink. The only request I made was for the selection to lean more towards the darker eggs. I believe I have one for sure BCM for sure Roo, 4 or 5 Moss Eggers, and some Welsummers, one Amerucana, and the rest I just am not sure yet.
