Just got 2 bronze heritage yesterday. They are a couple and are 11 weeks. Seem to be acclimating with their new surroundings. My question is the Tom (Tarzan) seems to be enamored of my ring and pecks. Is this normal behavior? If so, how do I break it? Also, will they go in their coop or will I have to put them in?

I’m guessing you mean he is interested of your ring and pecks it. If so yes. Completely normal they like shiny things. And they should start going in by them selves once they get acclimated or put them in yourself every night and they will get the hang of it in no time.
