If they are adults, they won't need a heat lamp, even if it is freezing. Just shelter.
If they have access to the soil and rocks are in your dirt that they can reach, you also won't need the grit.
Treats like left over dinner will suffice for corn/grains.
Like your rep says, you don't need oyster shell unless their diet is highly supplemented with things other than layer feed. But it is something good to have just in case you start getting soft shelled eggs.
