Don't feel bad. I was sold an "Ameraucana" that somehow turned into a White Leghorn. I swear, people are just slapping that lable on anything that they are having a hard time selling!

There's really no way to tell on the red one, since he doesn't have any of the features you would look for to indicate it's an EE or an Ameraucana, and obviously he won't be laying an egg to show you what color egg gene he is carrying!
