No. Calif. Chickenstock June 5, Kelseyville! memories and pics, p. 42+

It's pretty much whatever you want it to be. Primarily, it's a chance to get together with other chickenfolk so you can put a face (and personality) with a name. Very often, it is also a Barbecue, or at least a picnic. There can be games and other things for kids. There can be chicken swapping, if biosecurity is followed carefully. Sometimes people swap or sell hatching eggs. Sometimes, "Establishments" that sell chicken related things can set up tables. If people come from far away, sometimes there is camping. It's really whatever the local group dreams up.

This is getting exciting!!

Later I'm going to check out that link to all the East Bay Parks.

Ooh, warm day by the lake, that sounds so good. I haven't been to a lake in years.

I'm near Santa Cruz mtcookie.

We haven't settled on a date or place, although I think we are leaning toward the first weekend after Memorial Day, and trying to pick a place within 10 miles of Danville, more or less.

Cheryl, it would be awesome to have as much help as possible. We should really start dividing the tasks, and assigning them to whomever is willing.

Sorry I have been so absent from this thread lately. Work has been overwhelming.
