Today was my hatch day for the chicks I ordered from MyPetChicken.com. Well, at lunch I get a call that 3 out of the 5 breeds I had selected under-hatched. Bummer - but I understand. So the lovely customer service rep I spoke with was so helpful and we got my replacement selections squared away. She told me they would still ship out today and if I hadn't received an email with a tracking number by 4:30 to call back. Well 4:30/5:00 came and no email. I called back and and the woman I spoke with this time told me that the last truck had just left, and they have no tracking number assigned to my order number but she assumed my chicks are on that truck. How concerned should I be? Should I call back tomorrow?
