New one on me... even with the location I don't have a clue where it is.

hahaha...that figures....it's about half an hour from the bridge going into Wilmington...close to Regeilwood(sp?), Whiteville and Lake Waccamaw...very tiny town. We don't have a police department because they couldn't afford to keep the 1! that they had!!! We have a blinking light, not even a stop light and the closest grocery store is the next town over.
I LOVE IT!!!!

We were living in Wilmington, but we wanted a bigger yard and chickens!

It's been interesting to have people come up to the house and ask if they can come in to see what we've done with it...

but considering it's been here since 1919 they have got to be curious. they "love" the picket fence we put up...(if i'm living in the country, i AM going to have a white picket fence) and then they come and see if I'm ok if I don't make it to church Sunday morning. It's awesome.

I'm in Edmonton, Kentucky..east of Bowling Green. It's a small town of about 1,600. Have been getting my flock put together since I moved here in May.
So far I have accumulated over 100 chickens of various ages and breeds including Buff Orpingtons, Australorps, Cochins, Jersey Giants, Silkies, and a few Guineas thrown in for good measure.
Royal Palm turkeys are coming very soon..and possibly some Naked Necks.
I'm in chicken heaven here!!

I am from Asheboro, NC. I live about 2 miles from the zoo.

I have 16-17 chickens now. (Black Sexlinks, Golden Buffs, White Leghorns, various bantams, black rosecombs and 1 turkey.

I was up to 48 but had to cut back. I am now in need of a tom turkey but I just can't find one. Anyone have any for sale?

Darin
