Looks like a pulletBantam cross. Mom is gray bantam Easter egger. Dad is either black silkie or black frizzle cochin. Dark legs, light skin, 4 toes. 7 weeks old

At 17 weeks, they're almost certainly all pullets with that degree of comb development. Normally I'd want to see the whole bird to look for rooster feathers but I doubt there are any to be seen.17 week old dark brahma, buckeye, and buff orpington
