It's good that she's drinking.
I wouldn't push food on her if the crop was still squishy this morning.
The poop is not normal - hard to tell what that is, she may have infection or that could be part of a membrane. In the photos she is not feeling well.

It may be a good idea, to feel inside her vent about 1-2" for an egg. Get more photos of her poop too.

What do you feed? Do you provide oyster shell and crushed granite (grit) free choice?

Here's some info on crop treatments.

Hi,
I feed Kalmbach Layer Pellets. My hens all have access to a dish of oyster shells and they’re in a sand run, so access to grit.

I’m going to bring her inside I think. I can put her in our brooder and keep a closer eye on her.

Will definitely read the info on crops! Thank you! And if I can get more photos I’ll upload them. Appreciate everyone’s help.

I would provide grit (crushed granite) for the flock.
Not all sand is suitable as grit.

Some updates...
Went out to bring her in. She slowly ran out of the run and walked around for maybe 10 min. Then went back into the run to rest. I’m not positive this is her poop but fairly certain based on where she’s been hanging out today. Warning - in case anyone’s easily grossed out.

It’s very green but not sure if that’s due to her not eating much and then having some grass this morning? Or if it’s a sign of anything else?

But that got me curious about her other weird poops I’d previously found. I was able to locate them to take a look.
These first two are of the same membrane I had previously found that she pooped out.

And here’s where it gets even more gross...
Found the weird glob poop that I had been unsure of — part of a ruptured egg? Poop?

it had gotten rained on and looked even more “fatty” to me?! I pulled it out and started poking at it with a stick.

But the more I poked, the weirder it was and I still have no idea what I was looking at. A lash egg...?

So I brought her in and she’s hanging out in our brooder. She pooped a very white liquid substance.

She hasn’t tried to drink any water yet. She was poking around the grit and oyster shells I put in. And literally as I was typing that last sentence a clear fluid came out of her beak. So is that pointing more to a crop issue?
She is currently standing very still and letting her eyes close.

And thanks so much to everyone who has been offering their wisdom and encouragement!

edit: I don’t know how I keep forgetting to mention this but her comb has been a little floppy throughout all of this. It’s normally not floppy.

Can you take her to a vet?

If I had to take a guess, she's got an infection. She may have Salpingitis or the egg membrane(s) leaked into the oviduct and caused infection. If she were mine, I would administer antibiotics to see if that makes a difference.

The crop issue is likely related or a symptom. Inflammation (infection?) in the reproductive system is causing the digestive system to slow. This in turn affects the crop.

Treating both the reproductive issue and the crop issue would be a good idea.

My normal vet is out of town until Monday. I called around to some other places and no one could see me. There is a Medvet that’s open 24/7 that sees chickens so I could try taking her there. I’m sure it would be pricey but she’s only 5 months and I’m willing to give her a shot at life if possible!

Poor baby. It looks like egg parts. How is she doing rn?
I drove her 40 minutes to the Medvet that sees poultry and they took her inside. I guess it’s a 90 min to 2 hr wait until a dr can actually see her. Ugh. So just waiting in my car for now. Covid sucks - I hate that I can’t go in with her.
Before I left the house, she was still about the same. Mostly sitting around occasionally closing her eyes. I think maybe she was slightly relieved to be in a more quiet setting without her sisters climbing around her. This was her second time in the car (excluding when I brought her home at 1 day old) and she handles car rides like a champ.

Aww such a good chicky. The doctor will fix her up. Also what is your hens name, I keep forgetting to ask.
Anne (of Grey Gables) lol. My chickens are all named after characters from Anne of Green Gables. I told her in the car that she can’t die because the entire flock’s names are based around her name. Ha.
