Nurture Right 360 temp fluctuating

Oh boy

Oh boy. I wonder if this is why they offered a $40 off coupon 😒
Possibly, but mine worked perfectly for a couple years. Now the humidity at hatch is causing fluctuations.

I have 3 eggs due Friday so I'm experimenting. The humidity is already high, so I'm allowing the center area (well A) to dry out and will only refill B as needed.

Maybe see how this one goes and return it if you get negative results.

It is frustrating I'm sure because you went from that really terrible one to what is supposed to be the best!

With the newer incubators you just don't have a lot of control over the hatch. At the least, it eliminates some of the feeling of accomplishment to be honest! I love my old school style LG and best of all - it holds consistent climate like the inside of a tank. Folks are turned off by it I think because it looks like a turd and it isn't really a set it and forget it type of deal.

Check this baby out. The first dip
Is when I set the eggs, second was because my kids yelled at me when I didn't number the eggs so they could be named. So I had to open it real quick.

Can't cheer for a zipping egg to hatch if it doesn't have a name! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Now I have to see a pic of it 🤣

Please let us know how your hatch goes Friday!

The adjustments worked. I increased the temp because mine was reading a little low according to the GoVee. (Of course my problem was actually the high humidity)

I kept well A dry and only filled B. Vent wide open. Govee said 70-80% - not 85-89%. With the lower humidity, the temp stayed warm as the 3 eggs hatched. The real test will be this weekend when I have 22 eggs hatching. I moved them over to the NR360 last night and all is well so far. Hopefully the increased humidity from the hatching will not make the temp drop.

Tomorrow is my hatch day in my NR360, and I numbered all my eggs just because of this post 😂 It’s actually nice because you can keep a log that way!
