Just stumbled upon this thread since Iām having the same issue with the nr360. My averages are good, and temp never falls below 99.5, so I try not to be overly worried. Thereās definitely hot and cold spots, though. Iāve identified that the cold is at the back, left side. Any time the Govee reaches that area, thatās when the dips happen. The warm spot tends to be toward the front.
I try to keep it at 100, but itāll go anywhere from 99.5 to 100.8. The room itās in is our spare bedroom and the most undisturbed room in our house. It stays a constant temp, and there arenāt really any other variables that would affect the temp in there. Think itās just the incubator. Iāve used multiple govees (I could be a spokesperson for the brand atp, with how many gauges Iāve purchased). They all read the same way.
Itās actually nice because you can keep a log that way!
