Thanks! Yes, I've been blessed with wonderful parents. Yes, I didn't have time this am to walk the dogs, but they got their workout all right! :) McGregor (the puppy) makes friends wherever he goes! And I'm trying to make sure he stays friendly toward other dogs of all sizes. McDoogle, my older dog, had bad "training" from my chihuahuas I had when I first get him. Yesterday he hung out with 5 other dogs, but today he wasn't behaving himself the best when he saw your Baby. Maybe if they meet again in a quieter setting, they'll be nice with each other.

At the time I considered my chihuahuas "angels" compared to many other chis I've met (with humans, did pet therapy). But to other dogs, they were unpredictable. Some dogs they were ok with but mostly I just avoided taking them places if there were lots of other dogs. While McDoogle was "accepted" by them, it never went beyond the tolerated level. Now, he's usually ok with other dogs as long as they don't want to be dominant over him & us humans aren't nervous! :)
Hopefully, this time around with the puppy, introductions to other dogs without McD around will help him be well socialized.

I've usually withstood temptation at Frog Pond, but not this time with the deal of 10 pullet chicks for $30 & more variety of breeds thanks Tractor Supply had during their chick days.

I'm the gentleman with the little poodle sweater dog :)
I just want to say that I had a great time meeting all of you !!! Thank you for having me !!!
What a great afternoon...
Your farm is beatiful, i've never seen such big chickens .
Ps I don't know who made that macaroni and cheese but I had all to do to keep my hands off of it and just have one piece of it ,hmmmm
Thanks again
That was mine :D thank you, it is usually a big hit. I actually had a full second pan at the ready also. Second pan was still hot when I got home so dinner was done for my family ;)

As I arrived home, I let my DH know that I came home with fewer chickens than I left the house with this morning and a few more dollars in my pocket than I started with, including enough to fill the gas tank in his truck that I had borrowed. His response was, "What's the catch? Did you come home with an emu or something?" Guess he knows me a little too well, lol.

It was so great to see everyone! Beautiful day! Amazing job Chickengirl!! Thank you!

Lol! It's a good thing @Pyxis didn't bring more goslings! Or else I might have come home with one! :D

Yet, I didn't come home with as many chickens as I came with, but that's only because 26 chicks weren't mine, but were from eggs I'd hatched for a friend who didn't have an incubator. They met me there & left before anyone else arrived. So, I'd say that still "counts" as less chickens, even though I kept 2 of their bantams. But they're so tiny, they don't count in chicken math, right? ;)

We had such a great time today! I love seeing everyone... Thanks for another great one Chickengirl!

Oh and I think that we are going to go with naming my little girl... "Lucy Goosie" but we aren't 100% yet, but it seems to be sticking....and YES we stopped at the dollar store to pick up a packed to diapers so that she could sit on my lap for the drive home. We tried to make it home with her in the crate, but she wasn't having it so I opened the door to put my hand on her and she jumped out. Once I put her on my lap she settled right down and made the rest of the trip with no issues.
